The range of local amenities include a grocery, post office and bakery in the nearest village of St. Philippe d'Aiguille situated one mile away, and a large supermarket in Castillon situated 5 miles away.

The cottage has one double bedroom with large stone fireplace, en suite shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a spacious lounge/dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen - all with original beams and features. The private patio, equipped with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ looks over the gardens. In addition there is a large swimming pool (12m x 6m) available from mid May to the end of September.
